    Rabbi Ari Jun is a respected spiritual leader, scholar, and community activist. As the son of two rabbis, Rabbi Jun was born and raised in a vibrant Jewish household, and from a young age he developed a deep passion for Judaism and serving others.

    Trained in advanced religious studies and equipped with a compassionate heart, Jun has dedicated his life to guiding and inspiring individuals on their spiritual and cultural journeys. With a warm and engaging personality, he has a unique ability to connect with people of all backgrounds, fostering a sense of belonging and understanding within the communities he serves.

    Rabbi Jun’s devotion to social justice and tikkun olam (repairing the world) are evident in his tireless efforts to address pressing issues and create positive change. He firmly believes in the power of education and has established various initiatives to share with individuals the knowledge and skills they need to improve their lives and communities. He promotes the value of inclusivity, and he advocates on behalf of the Jewish community and other marginalized groups. Likewise, he actively engages in interfaith dialogue and is known for his passion for interfaith collaboration and community building.

    Known for his personability, outstanding listening skills, and warm charisma, Rabbi Drew Kaplan ('09) brings to the rabbinate a sharply attentive eye to the texts of our tradition along with carefully considering intellectual history, as well as enjoying teaching them. In addition to writing and speaking about Jewish texts, he is also passionate about sharing them far and widely on the Internet.

    In addition to his trailblazing Jewish Drinking initiative, showcasing the wisdom tradition, history, and more on drinking in Jewish life, which includes publishing The Jewish Drinking Show podcast, he currently serves as the Campus Rabbi for Cincinnati Hillel.

    Drew received his BA in Jewish Studies from Indiana University in December 2003 and was ordained by YCT in 2009.

  • Rabbi Miriam Terlinchamp

    Rabbi Miriam Terlinchamp

    Rabbi Miriam Terlinchamp specializes in: Jewish innovation, introduction to Judaism, and interfaith dialogue.

    Rabbi Miriam Terlinchamp (she/her) is the Executive Director of Judaism Unbound, a digitally driven, radically open center for innovation and Jewish education. Terlinchamp is a passionate educator, accomplished community organizer, and artist. She is the author of "Judaism Inbound," an introduction to Judaism program designed around history, culture, and the evolution of Jewish theology and practices. Host of the podcasts, "Tales of the Unbound" and "Door to Door: A multigenerational story of memory, trauma and identity," Terlinchamp is passionate about the creative act of storytelling as a means of fostering greater connections and a felt sense of belonging amongst all people. 

    Terlinchamp served as Senior Rabbi of Temple Sholom in Cincinnati, Ohio, for 13 years, founded JustLOVE, a multi-faith movement for activists, and teaches in the Unyeshiva. She is a passionate volunteer and is active on several boards, organizations, and committees.  Terlinchamp was ordained in 2010 at HUC-JIR, Los Angeles, and received her BA in Philosophy of Religion and Studio Art from Scripps College. Terlinchamp loves writing, painting, and making ridiculously fun videos about Jewish values. She lives in Ohio with her daughters, partner, and dog.
